Homemade All Natural All Purpose Cleaner Recipe

Spring is in full swing and what better time to share a great household all purpose cleaner recipe than now when spring cleaning is at its peek.  I have tried out many different recipes over the years and think this one is by far one of the best I have put together and tried.  Not only does it work extremely well but it also leaves the area cleaned smelling wonderfully fresh and clean.  This particular recipe calls for essential oils to be added which is a great way to add your favorite scents to your cleaning routine and leave your house smelling wonderful.


All Purpose Cleaner Recipe
1/2 tsp liquid castile soap
1 tsp Borax
1 tsp washing soda crystals
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 cups hot water
30 drops of essential oil
Large spray bottle and label for storage

In a large bowl mix the first four ingredients together.  Very slowly add the hot water and stir. Allow mixture to cool completely.  Add the essential oils to cooled mixture and stir.  Transfer mixture to spray bottle. Label spray bottle with appropriate label and enjoy your new all purpose cleaner.

It is just that simple!  With a few ingredients you have a great all purpose cleaner that isn't toxic for your family and does a great job of cleaning your home too.
