Apple Cider Vinegar - A Kitchen Staple With a Healthful Edge

Apple Cider Vinegar has been around for a very long time.  It has been used to flavor many dishes and tonics over the years but did you know it has several health benefits to it as well?  Over the years Apple Cider Vinegar has shown a lot of promise in helping high cholesterol, diabetes, heart health, cancer and weight loss.  It is also good for helping to lower a fever and help with indigestion.  It has an array of usefulness and isn't just for cooking anymore.  Listed below are a few tips and ways to use this kitchen staple to better your health.
